Frequently asked questions

Which type of flooring should I choose for my interior ?

The choice of flooring depends on several criteria: traffic level, desired aesthetics, ease of maintenance, and your budget.

Traditional wooden flooring

Authentic and elegant, it enhances your interior. However, it is more sensitive to scratches and requires regular maintenance.

Herringbone flooring

A premium variation offering strong visual character. Installation is more complex and time-consuming.

Quick-Step (laminate)

A good balance between aesthetics and durability. It imitates wood or stone but may not withstand prolonged humidity.

PVC planks

Highly water-resistant and easy to maintain, ideal for humid rooms. Requires a perfectly smooth surface.

Carpet

Provides warmth and acoustic comfort, often used in bedrooms. However, it requires more maintenance and hygiene care.

How is a floor prepared before installation?

We start by removing the existing covering (tiles, wood, carpet), then assess flatness and structural condition. Depending on the situation, leveling or sanding may be required. We may also apply a primer adapted to the future covering. This preparation ensures durability and a clean finish.

Do you offer maintenance or renovation of existing floors?

Yes. We restore wooden floors (sanding, oiling, sealing) and deep-clean soft flooring. For PVC or laminate floors, regular maintenance and minor repairs help extend their lifespan significantly.

Which wall covering should I choose for my interior?

The choice depends on the condition of your walls, the desired atmosphere, ease of maintenance, and your budget.

Wallpaper

Wide range of designs and textures, good at hiding minor imperfections. Less resistant to moisture and impacts.

Fiberglass lining

Very durable and ideal for walls subject to wear or cracks. Can be repainted multiple times. Requires precise installation.

Smooth lining

Modern and uniform finish, ideal base for painting. Requires well-prepared surfaces.

Paint

Simple to apply, wide color palette. Does not hide major defects and may require undercoats.

Decorative coatings (concrete effect, stucco, tadelakt)

High-end finishes with unique textures. More technical and often more expensive.

Can you remove existing wallpaper and repaint my walls?

Yes. We remove the wallpaper, repair cracks, apply filler and sanding to obtain a smooth surface. We then apply primer and the finish of your choice. Proper preparation ensures a durable and high-quality result.
